Shandong Xilong Petroleum Equipment Co., Ltd. was incorporated on March 21, 2000, with a paid-in capital of 120 million yuan. Located in Dongying City, Shandong Province—the primary production area of China's second-largest oilfield, Shengli Oilfield—the company operates two major manufacturing facilities in Dongying and Shouguang. It specializes in skid-mounted equipment for the petroleum and petrochemical industries, including pressure vessels, boilers, water-jacketed furnaces, energy-saving and environmentally friendly systems, and water treatment solutions. Distinguished within Sinopec, the company has attracted numerous high-quality domestic and international clients through its excellent reputation and superior product quality. Products are widely distributed across North China, Southwest China, and Northwest China, with exports reaching countries including the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Mongolia, and Russia, earning international recognition. The company has invested heavily in establishing a modern smart manufacturing facility integrating R&D, production, installation, testing, and maintenance with cutting-edge industry technology. The company currently employs 98 staff members, including 27 technical R&D personnel. Among them are one recipient of the State Council Special Allowance, seven senior-level professionals, ten intermediate-level professionals, 18 certified specialized inspection items, and 65 certified production personnel. We possess an industry-leading innovation R&D team and a professional, efficient service system, having obtained multiple special equipment production licenses. The workshop, serving as a modern specialized equipment manufacturing base, features a main building area of 11,400 square meters equipped with advanced heavy-duty lifting systems: a single skid-mounted unit capable of lifting up to 22 meters with a maximum plate thickness of 100 millimeters, meeting assembly demands for offshore platform modules, large single-unit equipment, and ultra-tall components of skid-mounted modules. Regarding crane equipment layout, the main lifting area features a maximum configuration of 100-ton heavy-duty cranes, 6 semi-gantry cranes, 5 single-girder cranes, and 5 double-girder cranes, covering the entire workflow from welding and final assembly to inspection. The workshop is also equipped with an automatic ventilation and dust removal system, an intelligent safety monitoring platform, and multi-dimensional positioning devices, forming a composite industrial space integrating heavy lifting, precision assembly, and safety management.
