Liquid Supply Skid

The fluid supply skid is a modular, integrated unit designed to store and deliver large volumes of fracturing fluid (base fluid) to high-pressure pump trucks during large-scale operations such as hydraulic fracturing. It typically includes high-capacity storage tanks, mixing equipment, filtration systems, transfer pumps, and a control system, ensuring that the fracturing fluid is delivered continuously, reliably, and precisely when needed. This makes it a critical piece of supporting equipment for the hydraulic end of fracturing operations.


Acid Supply Sled

The acid supply skid is a complete system integrating the storage, dilution, blending, pumping, and control of concentrated acid—all mounted on a skid-mounted base. Its function is to continuously, safely, and precisely deliver acid fluids at predetermined concentrations and pressures for enhanced-production operations such as acid fracturing and acidizing. By enabling centralized control and automated operation, it significantly reduces the risk of direct human exposure to hazardous chemicals.


Throttle Heating Separation Module

The heater skid primarily consists of the heater body, process piping, skid base, electrical control system, and valve assemblies. The condensate heater features a horizontal cylindrical design with direct heating. The condensate heater comprises an acid gas coil bundle and a shell; inside the heater shell, the heat transfer medium is condensate, which directly heats the sulfur-containing natural gas flowing through the acid gas coils.


Skid-mounted automatic chemical dosing skid

It consists of a chemical tank, metering pump, stirrer, level gauge, and control box. It is primarily used for precisely injecting chemical agents into the production process.


Refining and Petrochemical Empty Tower

An “empty tower” typically refers to a distillation or fractionation column within a refining unit that lacks internal packing or trays (such as the core section of atmospheric or vacuum towers), though it contains trays or packing to facilitate vapor-liquid contact.


Sewage Stripping Tower Skid

The unit primarily consists of a stripping tower skid, a water-ring compressor skid, and supporting valve assemblies, piping, instrumentation, and electrical controls. The wastewater stripping tower skid is a modular device designed for treating sulfur-containing wastewater, primarily applied in petrochemical, refining, and natural gas processing industries.


Zhenhai Refining & Chemical Absorption Tower

Its core function is to selectively capture specific components within a fluid stream (such as natural gas or refinery feedstock) using internally packed adsorbents (e.g., molecular sieves, activated alumina, activated carbon).


Boiler Installation

In the petroleum industry, boiler installations are primarily used to generate high-temperature, high-pressure steam or hot water. Their function is to provide a reliable source of heat and power for production processes (such as thermal recovery of heavy oil and steam-assisted oil recovery), equipment cleaning, heat tracing and insulation, or driving steam turbines.


Water-jacket heating furnace

By burning natural gas or crude oil to generate heat, the thermal medium water in the furnace's water jacket is indirectly heated. This heated thermal medium then transfers its energy to the crude oil or processing medium circulating within the coil. The system's core function is to prevent highly viscous crude oil from solidifying and clogging pipelines and equipment, while ensuring the continued flow of the medium. Additionally, the atmospheric-pressure water jacket design eliminates the risk of direct heating, thereby maintaining the safety and efficiency of the oil and gas gathering and transportation process.

Multi-stage Coalescing Filter

The multi-stage coalescing filter employs hydrophilic/oleophobic fiber media to forcibly collide and coalesce micron-sized droplets, enhancing separation efficiency through gravitational settling. This achieves deep separation of oil and water, removing suspended water in oil or residual oil in water to ≤5 ppm levels.


Mud Circulation System

The mud circulation system is designed to provide an adequate supply of treated drilling fluid for drilling operations. The drilling fluid circulation system must have sufficient space to handle the fluid both above the suction and balance lines, ensuring that the wellbore remains fully filled with liquid during trips out of the hole.

The flare water seal tank controls unidirectional gas flow through the “water seal liquid column pressure,” ensuring safe venting and combustion of combustible gases while effectively preventing air backflow and flame flashback.
