Uses and Operating Principle

This skid-mounted equipment primarily consists of an inlet separator and a fuel gas buffer tank. Other auxiliary components include an electric heater (15 kW) and two air-to-gas vaporizers (400 Nm³/h), which together serve two main functions. The first function is to process raw gas from outside the boundary—delivered via the raw gas inlet pipeline—by feeding it into the inlet separator for gas-liquid separation. This step effectively removes solid particles, oil droplets, water droplets, and other impurities, ensuring the purity of the medium. The second function involves vaporizing and heating the BOG (Boil-Off Gas) produced in the LNG loading arm's vaporization system using the air-to-gas vaporizers, bringing the gas close to ambient temperature before it is routed into the fuel gas buffer tank for further processing.

This set of station separation and gas skid unit integrates safety valve vent lines, inlet and outlet gas lines, drain lines, BOG gas lines, and more. It can be transported entirely on the skid base, making installation convenient and ensuring easy operation and maintenance. The drain line is equipped with a pneumatic control valve and a bypass, allowing for automatic and manual drainage via interlocked equipment-level controls. Both the inlet and drain lines feature emergency shut-off valves and dedicated emergency vent lines, providing robust protection for both the equipment and piping systems.

This factory serves as a modern specialized equipment manufacturing base, with a main building area of 11,400 square meters. The workshop is equipped with advanced heavy-duty lifting systems: a single skid-mounted unit achieves a maximum vertical lifting height of 22 meters, capable of assembling ultra-tall components such as offshore platform modules and large reaction towers. Regarding crane layout, the main lifting zone features a 100-ton heavy-duty crane as the primary configuration. Five single-girder overhead traveling cranes are distributed along the workshop's longitudinal axis, complemented by three semi-gantry cranes covering the entire workflow from welding and final assembly to inspection. The workshop is further equipped with an automated ventilation and dust removal system, an intelligent safety monitoring platform, and multi-dimensional positioning devices, creating a composite industrial space integrating heavy lifting, precision assembly, and safety management.
