Application & Working Principle
The flare water seal tank skid primarily consists of horizontal process piping, a skid base, an electrical control system, and valve assemblies. The flare water seal tank controls unidirectional gas flow through the “water seal liquid column pressure,” ensuring safe venting and combustion of combustible gases while effectively preventing air backflow and flame flashback. It serves as a critical safeguard for the safe operation of the flare system.

The workshop is equipped with advanced heavy-duty lifting systems: a single skid-mounted unit achieves a maximum vertical lifting height of 22 meters, capable of assembling ultra-tall components such as offshore platform modules and large reaction towers. Regarding crane layout, the main lifting zone features a 100-ton heavy-duty crane as the primary configuration. Five single-girder overhead traveling cranes are distributed along the workshop's longitudinal axis, complemented by three semi-gantry cranes covering the entire workflow from welding and final assembly to inspection.
