Core Technical Parameters

1. Pressure and Temperature Operating Conditions

Design pressure: 5.9 MPaG; maximum operating pressure: 2.5 MPaG; design temperature: 80°C; typical operating temperature: 60°C. The pressure‑ and temperature‑resistance characteristics cover the standard production conditions of gas fields, ensuring long‑term safe operation under high‑pressure oil and gas service.

2. Load-handling capacity

Maximum gas-phase processing capacity: 5 × 10⁴ Nm³/d; maximum liquid-phase processing capacity: 40 m³/d; suitable for handling produced fluids from single or multiple wells in small to medium-sized gas fields.

3. Media Compatibility Range

Compatible with a three-phase mixed medium: crude oil density 939 kg/m³, natural gas density 0.9348 kg/m³, and formation produced water density 1000 kg/m³; it is also compatible with highly mineralized CaCl₂‑type gasfield water and produced fluids containing trace amounts of sand and bacteria, featuring an anti‑corrosion and anti‑settling structural design.

4. Equipment Body Specifications

Separation cylinder, Φ1200×5950–6000, with a horizontal pressure vessel design, equipped with complete inlet and outlet piping, as well as drain, vent, flushing, and liquid-level measurement/control ports. The equipment has a self-weight of 15,000 kg and features high structural strength and excellent stability.

Production Capacity       
The facility currently serves as a modern manufacturing base for specialized equipment, with a main building area of 11,700 square meters. It is equipped with a heavy-duty hoisting system capable of lifting loads to a maximum height of 22.5 meters and handling cold-rolled steel plates up to 100 mm thick, meeting the assembly requirements for offshore platform modules and large skid-mounted equipment. The workshop is equipped with 18 lifting units, providing a total lifting capacity of 410 tons, covering the entire workflow from welding and final assembly to testing. It is also equipped with an automatic ventilation and dust removal system and an intelligent safety monitoring platform, integrating heavy-duty lifting, precision assembly, and safety management into a single integrated system.
