Application & Working Principle

Primarily used in crude oil gathering and transportation systems, it buffers pressure and flow fluctuations within the system. By storing and buffering crude oil, it balances supply and demand, thereby stabilizing the production process and ensuring smoother system operation. It also serves as a buffer during emergencies, safeguarding equipment integrity. Oil-gas separation buffers typically feature a horizontal design, handling oil-gas-water mixtures. The tank incorporates a liquid-phase inlet buffer device, an oil-water outlet mechanical float level regulator, a wire mesh demister, a blowdown port, and a safety valve port. Upon entering the buffer tank, the oil-gas mixture undergoes thorough separation based on oil-gas separation principles. Crude oil settles at the tank bottom while gas rises to the top, achieving preliminary separation of the two phases. Simultaneously, a wire mesh demister installed at the gas outlet further removes mist droplets entrained in associated natural gas, achieving a separation efficiency ≥98.5%. A mechanical float level regulator is installed at the oil-water outlet, enabling automatic liquid discharge without manual intervention.

 

Production Capacity       
This factory serves as a modern specialized equipment manufacturing base, with a main building area of 11,400 square meters. The workshop is equipped with advanced heavy-duty lifting systems: a single skid-mounted unit achieves a maximum vertical lifting height of 22 meters, capable of assembling ultra-tall components such as offshore platform modules and large reaction towers. Regarding crane layout, the main lifting zone features a 100-ton heavy-duty crane as the primary configuration. Five single-girder overhead traveling cranes are distributed along the workshop's longitudinal axis, complemented by three semi-gantry cranes covering the entire workflow from welding and final assembly to inspection. The workshop is further equipped with an automated ventilation and dust removal system, an intelligent safety monitoring platform, and multi-dimensional positioning devices, creating a composite industrial space integrating heavy lifting, precision assembly, and safety management.
