Application & Working Principle

The unit primarily consists of a stripping tower skid, a water-ring compressor skid, and supporting valve assemblies, piping, instrumentation, and electrical controls. The wastewater stripping tower skid is a modular device designed for treating sulfur-containing wastewater, primarily applied in petrochemical, refining, and natural gas processing industries. Its primary functions include removing volatile pollutants such as hydrogen sulfide (H₂S) and ammonia (NH₃) from wastewater, recovering recoverable acid gases, and purifying wastewater to meet discharge or reuse standards. This skid-mounted design significantly simplifies on-site installation and shortens project construction cycles, making it a key choice for modern wastewater treatment facilities.

 

Production Capacity       
The facility currently serves as a modern manufacturing base for specialized equipment, with a main building area of 11,700 square meters. It is equipped with a heavy-duty hoisting system capable of lifting loads to a maximum height of 22.5 meters and handling cold-rolled steel plates up to 100 mm thick, meeting the assembly requirements for offshore platform modules and large skid-mounted equipment. The workshop is equipped with 18 lifting units, providing a total lifting capacity of 410 tons, covering the entire workflow from welding and final assembly to testing. It is also equipped with an automatic ventilation and dust removal system and an intelligent safety monitoring platform, integrating heavy-duty lifting, precision assembly, and safety management into a single integrated system.
