To ensure the appearance quality of pressure vessels, the alignment of the cylinder and maintaining the cylinder's ovality are crucial. To improve the riveting workers' rolling skills and motivate employees to enhance their technical abilities, the Production Department led, with the Quality Inspection Department's cooperation, the first "Riveter Cylinder Rolling" skills competition of 2023, held on February 25, 2023, in Workshop No. 1 of the production area. The company's middle and senior management witnessed the entire competition and supervised the scoring process to ensure fairness and impartiality.

After careful and detailed comprehensive evaluation by three judges, and in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Riveting Worker Competition Examination Notice," employees with outstanding performance in this evaluation were rewarded.
It is hoped that this skills competition can truly play the role of "promoting learning through competition and promoting training through competition." All employees are encouraged to learn from each other, complement each other's strengths and weaknesses in future work, strive to improve their skills, and lay a solid foundation for high-level production.
