Announcement of the Results and Awards of the First Welding Skills Competition

To improve various welding skills of welders, enhance the quality awareness of the production team, and stimulate employees' enthusiasm for practicing welding techniques, thereby fundamentally ensuring the pass rate of flaw detection and gradually improving welding efficiency, the Quality Inspection Department led, with the cooperation of the Production Department, a skills competition titled "2023 First Shielded Metal Arc Welding Butt and Fillet Weld" was held at 1:00 PM on February 14, 2023, in Workshop No. 3 of the factory area. During the event, the company's middle and senior management, Technical Department, and Comprehensive Management Department jointly witnessed the entire competition process and supervised the scoring process to ensure fairness and justice.

During the event, the company's middle and senior management, Technical Department, and General Management Department jointly witnessed the entire competition process and supervised the scoring to ensure fairness and justice.
After comprehensive and meticulous evaluation of the welding test plates by four judges, according to the relevant provisions of the "Welder Skills Competition Examination Notice," the top 5 employees with outstanding scores in this competition were rewarded and publicly announced.
It is hoped that this welding skills competition can truly play the role of "promoting learning through competition and promoting training through competition." We hope all employees will learn from each other, complement each other's strengths and weaknesses in future work, strive to improve their own abilities, and grow together with the team!
