Shandong Xilong Holds Welder Practical Skills Competition

To improve the overall quality and professional skills of employees, strengthen the company's skilled talent team, and broaden the growth path for skilled personnel, the company held the 2023 Welder Practical Skills Examination in the production workshop on February 14, 2023. Attending leaders included the General Manager, Production Workshop Director, Technical Department Manager, and Quality Inspection Department Director.
To improve the overall quality and professional skills of employees, strengthen the company's skilled talent team, and broaden the growth path for skilled personnel, on February 14, 2023, the company held the 2023 Welder Practical Skills Examination in the production workshop. Attending leaders included the General Manager, the Production Workshop Director, the Technical Department Manager, and the Quality Inspection Department Director.
Before the competition started, the workshop director explained the competition process and the order of participation to the competing employees to ensure the competition could be conducted safely and orderly.
The Quality Inspection Department Director encouraged all participating employees to compete earnestly, face the exam with a calm mindset, perform well, and demonstrate their true abilities.
In the production workshop, the welding practical skills examination was in full swing. The participating employees were focused, sparks flew at the three testing stations, on-site supervisors conducted continuous inspections, and scored the participants based on pre-welding preparation, welding operation, weld appearance, internal weld quality, and completion time.
Through this welder practical skills competition, employees' skills were improved, achieving learning, practice, and production promotion through competition, providing welding skilled talent support for the company's high-quality development.
